Everything starts with you contacting us to arrange a one-hour business growth consultation with our CEO Dr. Mark D. Yates and your Managing Director, Business Owner, and/or any related business Director or Investment partners. This consultation is usually conducted at your business premises. Occasionally new prospective clients want to visit our Merseyside office for the consultation. Either way is fine for us. We never waste your time. It’s extremely rare that we cannot help a business, regardless of how mainstream, or how niche sector your business is, or where you are geographically located. If we can’t help you, we will inform you and tell you the reason's why !
So prior to confirming your consultation, our team will conduct some initial business research to ascertain whether you and your business are currently gaining any financial benefits from LinkedIn. We will also research members of your staff who have LinkedIn profiles. Our aim is to drill down through this research to identify if you and your business would be able to leverage Linkedin for profitable, long term sustainable business growth. Once we’ve ascertained this is possible we then conduct further research to identify precisely how we can help you grow your business. Only then will we confirm our consultation with you. This ensures we never waste anyone’s time.
If the business growth consultation goes ahead, Mark will present you with a non-hard sell overview of our service provision. He will ask a few questions, make a few notes and then overview precisely how we can help you. You can stop Mark at any time and ask him questions or wait until the end for a question and answer session. He will then provide you with an overview of our consultancy service provision fees. If you see real added value in what we do, then we’ll do business together. If you don’t Mark will leave, and if you don’t want any further contact from us. We will remove you from our data base and never bother you again. We’ve never had anyone who attended a consultation with Mark ask to be removed from future communications from us.
